6. GOVERNING LAW
You agree that in the event of any dispute of any nature that may arise between you and us, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the law of New Delhi, India.
In the event of any dispute between the parties, such dispute shall be settled through arbitration through a single arbitrator appointed by the Reformist accordance with Arbitration & Conciliation Act of 1996 or any amendment or replacement thereof. The seat of arbitration shall be at New Delhi, India and the language of arbitration shall be in English. Any award rendered pursuant to such arbitration shall be final and conclusive.Subject to aforesaid, courts in New Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction over this Terms of Use.
